Here is Shellie’s Superb Bruschetta Recipe:

Michelle’s Superb Bruschetta
6-8 Ripe Romas
Big handfull of fresh basil leaves, maybe about 2 cups
several cloves of garlic, however tough you feel
half of a red onion
splash of balsamic vinegar
dash of olive oil
smidge of salt
Run through the food processor until it is the consistency that you like. Put on top of toasted bread, chicken, crackers, spoons, or whatever your italian heart desires. Remember, it is best if it sets overnight….but we can rarely wait that long. Did I mention that it tastes even better if it served on a plate from Lily’s…..lol….enjoy!
